This April, Corporate Executive Chef Brigitte Bledsoe and her culinary team are offering a wide variety of Fresh Spring Flavors, Creative New Dishes & Returning Past Favorites!

Spring is finally here and there is no better way to celebrate the warmer weather than with Fresh Berries! Miss Shirley's, Roland Park will be serving up Spring inspired Lemon Poppyseed Pancakes, garnished with Poppyseed Lemon Curd & Fresh Blackberry Compote.

In Baltimore, our chefs have also cooked up some unique new French Toasts, influenced by classic flavors. Miss Shirley's Cafe, Roland Park took inspiration from a tea time favorite with the new Coffee Cake Cheesecake Stuffed French Toast, filled with Cinnamon Coffee Cheesecake & Coffee Cake, and the Inner Harbor will be offering a fresh take on the classic Jelly Doughnut with the new French Toast, filled with House-Made Raspberry Jelly & Sweet Cream.

Each location will also be featuring Past Favorites this month, like the Nova Omelet at Roland Park - a staple on Miss Shirley's Menu several years back! And for those with a sweet tooth, you'll be happy to hear that the Inner Harbor will be bringing back the popular Cookies 'N Cream Pancakes with Cookie Crumbles, Whipped Cream & Chocolate Sauce. Miss Shirley's, Annapolis will also offer past favorites like the savory Baltimore BBQ Chicken Pancakes, a new take on our classic Hog Wild Pancakes, and fried Monte Cristo Stuffed French Toast.

In addition to the Pancake, French Toast & Omelet of the Month at each location, we will also be bringing back Orioles Fever Pancakes to celebrate the start of the Orioles season on Monday, April 6th, and will run throughout the rest of the month! This Home Run Special includes 4 Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes, with Orange, Black & White Orioles M&M's inside, garnished with Customized Orioles M&M's, Whipped Cream & Powdered Sugar.

All 3 Miss Shirley’s Cafe locations will be offering the Pancake, French Toast & Omelet of the Month selections, listed above, throughout the month of April.
