You can park in the Harbor Park garage which has a crosswalk into the building. Harbor Park garage accepts validation for discount while you dine at Miss Shirley's (2 hours max. After 2 hours regular rates apply). Other Parking options are the Dodge garage (across President St.) and Pier V Parking garage (across Pratt St.). Both of these garages do not accept validation for a discount.
