The weather is warming up, which means it’s time to switch out some of our cold-weather favorites for fresh new Spring selections!

This season, our culinary team is going to Wake Up Your Taste Buds with all new starters like Mexican Street Corn Fried Deviled Eggs, filled with Queso Fresco, Roasted Corn & Cilantro, garnished with Red Onion, Comeback Sauce & Crispy Corn Tortilla Strips. But if you’re looking for something a little lighter, Avocado Toast topped with Arugula, new Southern Pickled Shrimp & Poached Eggs is a healthy & delicious way to begin your brunch.

While you wait for your seasonal selections to be served, there’s nothing better than sipping on a Specialty Cocktail, like Jalapeño Pineapple Margarita made with Pineapple Jalapeño Tequila, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice & Triple Sec, garnished with a slice of Fresh Pineapple, Jalapeño Slices & a Bacon Sugar-Salt Rim; or the revamped Strawberry Bourbon Smash with Bourbon, Triple Sec, Squeezed Fresh Strawberry Lemonade, House-Made StrawberrJalapeño Jam & a splash of Club Soda, garnished with a Fresh Lemon Wheel, Strawberry & Jalapeño Slices.

And when you’re ready for the main course, choose from new House Favorites including sizzling Fiesta ‘N Siesta Skillet with Pulled Roasted Chicken, Shredded Potato & Onion Hash Browns, Red & Yellow Peppers, Sliced Jalapeño Queso Fresco, Pico de Gallo & Avocado Mash, topped with a Sunny Side Up Egg & served on a Toasted Corn Tortilla. And if you liked our Vegan Get Your Veggie Bowl, you’ll love the fresh flavors in our new Farm Fresh Quinoa Bowl, filled with Tri-Colored Quinoa, Red & Yellow Grape Tomatoes, Roasted Corn, Broccoli, Asparagus, Arugula, Sunflower Seeds & Black Eyed Peas, tossed in Lemon Basil Vinaigrette, topped with Sliced Avocado.

We’re also bringing back a fan favorite for Lunch - our signature Born on the Bay-O Salad with a Cornmeal-Encrusted Soft Shell, Fried Green Tomatoes, Goat Cheese, Diced Red Onion, Peppadews, Chives, Roasted Corn & Jalapeno-Smoked Bacon on Mixed Greens in a Creamy Smoked Tomato Vinaigrette. Speaking of seafood, we’re adding a creamy Jumbo Lump Crab & Corn Grilled Cheese packed with Crab Meat, Roasted Corn & Melted Pimento Cheese with Red & Yellow Tomato on a combination of Sourdough & Pumpernickel bread; as well as a Blackened Salmon Sandwich stacked with a Blackened Salmon Filet, Fried Green Tomatoes, Bibb Lettuce & Chow Chow, drizzled with Comeback Sauce & served on a Sesame Seed Kaiser Roll.

And if you saved any room, check out our brand new Dessert Menu, featuring sweet treats like Lemon Poppyseed Baked Mini Donuts with Lemon Glaze, Raspberry Puree & Fresh Raspberries; Banana Pudding layered with House-Made Vanilla Pudding, Vanilla Wafers, Banana Slices, Whipped Cream & Toasted Coconut; and a spring spin on our Strawberry Bites, now featuring both Chocolate & Vanilla Cheesecake Filling, garnished with Chocolate Sauce & Chocolate Cookie Crumble.
