Loyalty Terms

  • Loyalty points, rewards and restaurant credit can be earned and redeemed at Miss Shirley's Cafe Roland Park, Inner Harbor & Annapolis locations only (Loyalty Program is not accepted at BWI Airport location).
     
  • All Loyalty Members must have a valid postal and email address and be over the age of 16.
  • All Loyalty Members must register online in order to activate the use of their loyalty points on their account
  • $1.00 = 1 point.
  • Loyalty Members must present their Loyalty Card Number, Phone Number, or Email Address at the time of purchase to earn/redeem points and rewards.
  • Points will not be issued for tax or gratuity.
  • Points cannot be earned when purchasing a gift card(s) or merchandise online, however points can be earned when purchasing a gift card(s) or merchandise in-store. Points will not be earned with the purchase/redemption of any promotional gift card.
     
  • Loyalty points cannot be earned when ordering through Miss Shirley's delivery partners, including DoorDash, Postmates, Uber Eats, Grubhub and ezCater.
  • Loyalty points can be earned when ordering directly through Miss Shirley's Online Ordering website (MissShirleys.com/OrderOnline) for Pickup & Curbside orders. Members can provide their Loyalty Card Number or Phone Number during pickup, to earn points for to-go orders placed online directly through Miss Shirley's Cafe.
  • One Loyalty account per guest/per email address. A Loyalty Member can only be registered to one individual for personal use only and is limited to one active card per person at any one time. Points are restricted to one account and cannot be transferred or combined with another to redeem a reward.
  • Only 1 Loyalty account may be used per check.
  • Loyalty Member account must be registered at MissShirleys.com to redeem any rewards or restaurant credit.
  • Loyalty Members can only redeem rewards & restaurant credit when dining in-store on their next visit, after reaching the qualifying level. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed within 24 hours of being issued. Rewards & restaurant credit cannot be redeemed for to-go orders placed online.
  • Restaurant Credit and/or Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
  • Miss Shirley's Cafe is not responsible for any unauthorized use of points.
  • Miss Shirley's Cafe Team Members are not eligible for the Loyalty Program or Rewards.
  • All terms/conditions & rewards are subject to change without notice at any time.
  • Miss Shirley’s Cafe reserves the right to immediately suspend and/or close any Member's account, for any reason, including but not limited to the following: if we reasonably believe that these terms and conditions have been breached or if there is any theft from or misconduct in connection with us, if the Member supplies false or misleading information to us or if they are abusive or offensive to any Member of our team. A Member can close their account at any time by notifying us. If an account is closed by us or the Member, the right to redeem points from that account is lost.
  • Miss Shirley's Cafe Loyalty cards are property of Miss Shirley's Cafe and must be returned to us on request or destroyed when no longer valid for use.

Where can I earn and redeem my loyalty rewards?

How do I access my loyalty account?

Go to www.missshirleys.com and click on the REWARDS link, and then click SIGN IN OR JOIN NOW.

How do I earn points?

You earn one point per dollar spent on food and beverages when dining at Miss Shirley’s Cafe Roland Park, Inner Harbor & Annapolis locations (not valid at BWI Airport location). Give your server your Loyalty card number, phone number, or email address and they will add the points to your account. Points are not earned for gratuity.

For private events, you earn one point per dollar for the cost of food and beverage at your event. Points are not awarded for tax.

Can I get points when purchasing or using a gift card?

Points will not be awarded with use of a Gift Card. Points cannot be earned when purchasing a Gift Card(s) online, however points can be earned when purchasing a gift card(s) in store.

How do I use my points?

After you have earned a reward of points on your Loyalty account, your restaurant credit is available to be redeemed the next time you dine at Miss Shirley's Cafe Roland Park, Inner Harbor or Annapolis locations (not valid at BWI Airport location).

Can I earn points for Carryout & Delivery Orders?

Loyalty points cannot be earned when ordering through Miss Shirley's delivery partners, including DoorDash, Postmates, Uber Eats, Grubhub and ezCater.

I can’t remember my username or password, what do I do?

Access the forgotten password page and enter your email address or Loyalty number and you will receive a link to reset your password. If you don’t have your email address you can email Marketing@MissShirleys.com for further assistance.

What rewards are available to me, and do they change?

The rewards are determined by the number of points you have. Please visit MissShirleys.com/Rewards to view our reward program.
